How fast can I lock in a newsletter slot?

Paid add-ons reserve your placement instantly. Free submissions are entered into the daily drawing for any remaining spots once paid features are scheduled. If timing is critical, add the Featured Slot upgrade when you book.

What details do you need when I submit a promotion?

When you schedule a promotion we ask for the edition you want to feature, sale and regular pricing, a primary genre, and retailer links. You can import books from your dashboard first or add a new title during checkout.

Can I reschedule or cancel after I’m on the calendar?

Absolutely. Visit your promotion detail page and use the Manage menu to request a new date or cancel. We ask for one business day notice for guaranteed placements so we can keep the lineup tidy.

When will billing happen for paid add-ons?

You only pay after you approve the scheduled date. Invoices live in your dashboard under Invoice History and receipts are emailed to the same address tied to your publisher account.

How soon do performance stats appear?

Once your feature sends, click and retailer stats stream into the dashboard within the first hour. We keep hourly breakdowns and totals updated so you can share results with your team.

What if my book isn’t discounted?

Discounts convert best, but we regularly feature full-price launches. Set the sale price to match whatever readers will see the day your newsletter goes out.
